Terms of Service

01 — Scope of Services

Our design subscription covers minor design tasks optimised for quick turnarounds.

• Included: Social media posts, business cards, apparel designs, temporary signage.
• Excluded: Product mock-ups, company profiles, slide presentations.
• Brand Limit: Limited to the client's primary brand unless "Unlimited Brands" package is selected.

02 — Revisions

Unlimited revisions on all accepted requests while the subscription is active.

03 — Carousel & Ad Structure

• 1–2 slides = 1 design post
• 3–5 slides = 2 design posts
• 5+ slides = 3 design posts

04 — Submission & Working Hours

• Submit via your unique submission link.
• Allow at least 7 days before the required due date.
• Team operates on flexible hours based on project deadlines.

05 — File Formats

Deliverables in PDF, JPEG, or PNG only. Source files available for an additional fee.

06 — Usage & Resets

Allocations reset upon depletion and do not accumulate.

07 — Payments & Cancellations

• Month-to-month. No long-term contracts.
• No refunds or formal cancellations.
• Payment overdue past the 7th pauses all active work until settled.

08 — Ownership

Clients retain full ownership of deliverables. 98Grapher may display completed designs in our portfolio.

09 — File Storage

Files stored for 1 year from completion. Clients are responsible for backing up within this period.
